In 2022, I reconnected with a former colleague, we’ll call her Tina.
Six years earlier, she was a call center agent and I was launching a project management office (PMO) in a large call center.
During our discussion, Tina had shared she was interested in project management.
I suggested two things: volunteer on IT projects (we had many) and obtain her PMP certification.
That’s it.

When we caught up years later, Tina was a program manager for a large IT system.
I told her how impressed I was with her progress.
Surprisingly, she shared that I provided her plan.
From our 2016 discussion, Tina built her career on my feedback.
I almost fell off my chair.
This wasn’t just mentoring.
Tina’s behaviors actually changed – and so did her trajectory.
It made me realize I didn’t just want to mentor, I wanted to help people change their behaviors, to be better.
This was a spark for Enluma AI – to help people at scale.
Now four years later, we’re taking a large step to help people grow their behaviors at scale.
This weekend, a limited number of users will begin using our Enluma AI platform.
From the research in our book, Lead Without Limits, we’ve developed 360 assessments designed to strengthen how you lead – peers, direct teams, or organizations.
But insights alone don’t change behaviors.
Enluma combines AI and community to change behaviors for the better.
In partnership with Axio AI, users access a growing library of interactive courses for role playing and challenging assumptions. From leading teams to coaching and feedback.
Our AI coach helps translate feedback into specific time-bound actions.
With your actions defined, you can then access a community of leaders working to improve on the same items.

Personalized insights.
Clear goals.
Built-in accountability.
Behavior change is far more likely with deadlines, ways to measure, and someone to walk alongside.
This soft launch is an important step as we prepare for a broader rollout this summer.
When I think about Tina, one thing stands out:
She wanted to grow and just needed clarity and support.
And there are far too many “Tinas” and (“Tonys”) out there.
Growth shouldn’t depend on budgets or privilege.
It should be accessible. Personalized. Measurable.
That’s our mission.
To help as many Tinas (and Tonys) as possible.
For now, we’re focused on leadership development.
And we’re just getting started.
If this resonates and you’d like to discuss accessible development options that lead to behavioral change, feel free to reach out.
