Dr. Christopher Sprague

Christopher Sprague, PhD spent more than 20 years leading complex organizational change across the pharmaceutical industry. From operational turnarounds to enterprise-wide technology implementations spanning global manufacturing sites, his career was built on one consistent belief: that the quality of leadership determines everything else.

That belief led him to found Enluma Leadership Group and write Lead Without Limits: How Inspirational Leaders Make the Improbable Possible, the research-based model now powering Enluma AI. Chris holds a PhD in toxicology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Delaware
